ROLE Studio is a Zurich-based design studio specializing in strategic concepts, design solutions, and visual storytelling across art, design, culture, and commerce. Exploring social phenomena, consumption, and non-visual codes, research-driven concepts are translated into visual languages.

Founded by Lea Fischlin, a designer and director with a decade of experience in agencies, publishing houses, and independent practice, ROLE Studio assembles bespoke teams tailored to each project’s needs—offering strategic guidance, visual strategies, and product development.

Lea’s work has been awarded by “Die schönsten Schweizer Bücher” and “100 Beste Plakate Deutschland/Österreich/Schweiz”, and exhibited at the “International Poster Biennale in Warsaw” and “International Assembly in Glasgow”. She has taught and lectured at Zurich University of the Arts, and has worked for Design Studios as Hubertus Design, Raffinerie AG and Studio Marie Lusa.
